Anti-aging clove and okra drink: for skin without wrinkles or age spots
A recipe as easy as pie

- 5 to 6 fresh okra
- 4 to 5 cloves
- 1 tsp amla powder ( or 2 thin slices of fresh amla if available )
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 tsp honey ( or agave syrup for a vegan version )
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 300 ml of water at room temperature
Steps to follow:
The night before, place the okra, cloves, and amla in a jar. Add the water, seal tightly , and let it steep in the refrigerator for 8 hours. The next morning, strain, add the chia seeds, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add the lemon, honey, and ginger. Mix well and serve! You can keep the second portion in the refrigerator overnight .
